レトロマインスイーパー（以下「本アプリ」）
本アプリは、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリは、氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの個人を特定できる情報を、開発者が収集することはありません。
難易度ごとの成績（遊んだ回数、成功回数、最短クリアタイム）、遊んでいる途中のゲームの状態、設定の内容（効果音、振動、長押しの時間、言語など）は、お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。これらの情報が開発者や第三者に送信されることはありません。本アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。
本アプリは、Google の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」による広告を表示します。表示するのは次の2種類です。
広告の配信にあたり、Google および広告配信事業者は、広告識別子（iPhone の IDFA、Android の広告ID）、端末の種類、OS のバージョン、おおよその位置（国など）、広告の表示・クリックの記録といった情報を取得する場合があります。これらは広告の表示、広告の効果測定、不正防止のために使われます。
Google が広告配信でどのように情報を扱うかは、以下をご覧ください。
iPhone や iPad では、「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」から、アプリによるトラッキングを許可しない設定ができます。また、「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「Apple の広告」から、パーソナライズされた広告をオフにできます。
Android では、「設定」＞「Google」＞「広告」から、広告IDを削除したり、広告のカスタマイズをオフにしたりできます。
トラッキングを許可しない場合でも、本アプリのすべての機能をご利用いただけます（表示される広告が、利用者に合わせたものではなくなります）。
本アプリには、難易度ごとの最短クリアタイムを他の利用者と競うランキング機能があります。ランキングは、iPhone・iPad では Apple の「Game Center」、Android では Google の「Google Play ゲーム」を利用します。
ランキングをご利用になる場合にかぎり、クリアタイムが Apple または Google に送信されます。これらはそれぞれの会社のサービスであり、情報の取り扱いは各社のポリシーに従います。
Game Center や Google Play ゲームにサインインしない場合、クリアタイムが送信されることはありません。サインインしなくても、ゲームはすべて遊べます。
本アプリは、特定の年齢層を対象として作られたものではなく、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。
本アプリは、ゲームの進行や記録のために通信することはありません。記録はすべて端末の中に保存されます。外部と通信するのは、広告を取得して表示するときと、利用者がランキングをご利用になるときだけです。
通信ができない場所（機内モードなど）では広告が表示されず、復活も使えませんが、ゲームそのものはすべて遊べます。
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更した場合は、このページに掲載し、最終更新日を改めます。

Retro Minesweeper (the "App")
This App respects your privacy. The developer does not collect any information that identifies you personally, such as your name, address, telephone number or email address.
Your records for each difficulty (games played, wins, best time), the game you are in the middle of, and your settings (sound, vibration, hold time, language and so on) are stored on your device only. None of it is sent to the developer or to any third party. Deleting the App deletes all of it.
The App shows advertising served by Google AdMob. There are two kinds:
To serve these ads, Google and its advertising partners may obtain your advertising identifier (the IDFA on iPhone, the advertising ID on Android), your device type, your OS version, your approximate location such as your country, and records of ads shown and clicked. This is used to serve ads, to measure how they perform, and to prevent fraud.

On iPhone and iPad, open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to stop apps from tracking you, and Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising to turn off personalised ads.
On Android, open Settings > Google > Ads to delete your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation.
Every feature of the App still works if you opt out. The ads you see simply stop being tailored to you.
The App has a ranking feature that compares your best times for each difficulty with other players. It uses Apple's Game Center on iPhone and iPad, and Google Play Games on Android.
Only if you use the ranking feature, your clear times are sent to Apple or Google. Those are their own services, and the information is handled under their own policies.
If you do not sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games, no times are sent. You can play everything without signing in.
The App is not directed at any particular age group, and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
The App makes no network connections to play the game or to keep your records; your records stay on your device. It connects to the outside only to fetch and show ads, and when you use the ranking feature.
Where there is no connection, such as in airplane mode, no ads are shown and you cannot continue after hitting a mine, but the game itself is fully playable.
This policy may be updated when necessary. Any change will be posted on this page and the date below will be updated.
